I had the pleasure of being assisted by Florin, and I must say he is an absolute gem of a receptionist. From the moment I walked in, his warm smile and kind demeanor immediately made me feel welcome. Florin has an incredible way of making every interaction feel personal and genuine, which is rare and deeply appreciated. He was not only approachable but also highly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with care and efficiency. His professionalism is matched only by his humanity—he truly understands the importance of making people feel valued and heard. Florin’s patience and empathy stood out, especially when I had a few questions and concerns. He took the time to listen, offered clear and thoughtful solutions, and never made me feel rushed. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he assists. I’ve encountered many receptionists in my travels, but Florin’s exceptional kindness and approachable nature set him apart. Visiting the Hyatt Place Hotel was the best hotel experience. Stayed for 1 night as we were going to a New Year's Event nearby. From arrival to exit staff were very attentive with thorough explanation of the hotel process. The room we had was quite spacious and the bed was so comfortable - I need to learn the hotel tuck in method as it was so snug. After settling in we went to have our evening meal. Again customer service was on point. The Calamari and the Crusted Salmon were exquisite to the palate. An enjoyable start to a great evening. The Night Team were most helpful with info on how to get back in. Strolling back in after 4, we were wished a Happy New Year from staff. Breakfast was again, like dinner on point with the service. The only thing I would say about breakfast is to also offer turkey rashers as a halal option. My plate was quite basic compared to my friend. On the whole though thumbs up all the way! Thank you Hyatt Team! 31st December 2024-1st January 2025.

Choosing The Hyatt Place LHR couldn't be easier. I found it the midrange price along this stretch of LHR, and for a 4 Star Hyatt, and a Hyatt, my expectations was not a disappointed one. Location superb, like most using this hotel ( many along this stretch ) is for one thing only, getting to and from LHR. What I needed was a safe, clean, efficient, comfortable place to lay my head, and I got that. Concierge extremely friendly, helpful and answering questions they have been asked over and over. All staff were very professional. My room was great, it was a runway facing. You either like planes or not, but I got a great view of the airport action from my room. Room was big, big bathroom, bed and room itself spacious. Very comfortable too.and spotless. Food was good too, the main restaurant a nice space. Shuttle to the terminals efficient, costing no more than a tenna, think £6 one way.

One of our flights back home got cancelled and we missed our connection flight leaving us stranded overnight at Heathrow airport without accommodations. The airline offered a hotel at Gatwick airport only. No way I was going to take a bus with all our luggage and my son there just to come back the next day. Thankfully Hyatt Heathrow had a room for the night that I booked through booking.com and it only took a few minutes to reserve. It was only 10 minutes by taxi. We had dinner and buffet breakfast there and were able to get a very good night's sleep before our 11 hour flight back home.

The staff was incredible. They were the standout of the hotel. We went down to the bar/restaurant to have some dinner and food. We sat at the bar which ended up being a good decision. They were incredibly busy and this ended up being a great spot to get immediately served with drinks and food. The entire restaurant staff was working very hard. Ruben was behind the bar and he was great to talk to. My fiance and I had recently got engaged and they congratulated us with a beautiful dessert. The staff made our visit memorable on a quick overnight layover.
